please help

my decoder is always giving me errors like, no network, ,91 and, 92. the decoder will work for about an hour or two and stop working. I went to multi choice offices in Randburg twice without success. the last time they said it's a HDMI cable and the gave a new. it's still giving me same errors. I am paying insurance on the decoder, why are they reluctant to replace it.
