Please Help
I logged a query on 29 July 2015 and was given ref *** and the lady said someone from DPP would call me within 48 to 72 hours. I then sent and email, ref *** refers. I got a response stating I need to call DPP. I asked why my e-mail was not forwarded to DPP and did not get a reply. I need an e-mail address and a Managers' name so that I can e-mail my query to. Please help. I have been a loyal customer who never defaulted for over 20 years.
