Here just some of the names of *********** agents I have spoken to, Thabeka who works from home and got upset that I was frustrated, transfered me to another agent without warning, I have been dealing a team leader Xolisa Tokota who has not kept her promise on escalating and cc me in the process of getting my refund, Can someone please contact me urgently, One of your agents(Michaela)laughed on a recorded line while I was expressing my frustration this has been the worst service delivery I have ever experienced. I HAVE NOW BEEN PROMISED TO BE CONTACTED BY A Team leader amanda which will probably not happen. I CANT BELIEVE I have to jump hurdles to get my own money paid back to me.
