Please come back to fetch the Dstv Explorer that was delivered **********ly without my approval

Good day,

I am an existing dstv customer and my ID number is ***.

I made an inquiry for DSTV price Lock with Dikeledi and she took my details down and advised to call the next day to conclude since i wanted an extra dstv explorer for the other room. She phone me on Friday and i advised her not continue with the application and when I cam to work today I was advised that there is a delivery in the mail room and but no one contact me to sign for it from the courier company they just left it there. I kindly request for someone to arrange for a collection as I am not happy on how the dstv explorer was delivered as i had not given a go head with the application in the first place.

I'm extremely disappointed with the service provided by DSTV it's UNPROFESSIONAL!
