Please close down DSTV. My stress levels will be vastly reduced.

Again had the misfortune of dealing with DSTV today. I can not say they are the worst company in the world simply because I have not dealt with all the companies in the world. But I bet they would come pretty close. Most definitely the worst company that I have ever dealt with. Had an interaction via live chat today along these lines: "Me: How can she retrieve her email address? DSTV: She can look on her statement, I am not allowed to give out the information. Me: Thanks, I did not ask for her email address, I asked how can SHE retrieve it. DSTV: "I don't understand, please explain". ***? As stated before, I can not give zero or minus stars which is a pity.
