Please cancel subscription because your agent are unprofessional

I am utterly disgusted by the treatment we've received from DSTV. Its been 3 days now calling for the same issue and being sent from pillar to post. We have extra view and they've disabled one decoder and was promised a 2 hours TAT. 3 days later the decoder is still not working.

Then today I met a very unprofessional lady by the name of Manini Mthombeni. 1. I gave her the case number then she remained quite, I asked her if she could hear me and she said "wait" 2. She asked for the case number again and after I gave her the number. Then she asked for my name & surname. 3. I gave her my name then asked her, why is she asking for names instead of account number. 4. I gave her the account number then she kept quite & said surname because the only way she can access the account number or case number is if I gave her my name, surname & cellphone number. I have been calling since Thursday & until today the account number was sufficient but not according to Manini Mthombeni. I asked to speak to her supervisor because I wasnt getting joy from her & she said I shouldn't worry as her supervisor will call me (the request was made 3x & she will proceed to speak over me saying the supervisor will call me back & she won't escalate). I finally asked her to cancel my subscription for all accounts but still she said that can only be done if I give my name, surname & cellphone in order for her to access my account.
