Please can you just give me back the extra money that you took :(
My monthly debt order was around R100 more this month and I have not made any changes to my policy or package, please can I get my money back. DSTV can't even explain or tell me why they took the extra R100 :(

10 Sept 2019, 10:55When will DSTV give me back my money, I even have a reference number and DSTV promised to call but to this day I am still waiting, I feel like cancelling my DSTV truth be told as you don't just take a customers money and extra money for nothing. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
