Pleasant Supervisor

Just a quick compliment to Enith from the Multichoice call centre in Port Elizabeth, I called them on *** hoping to sort out a billing query and received excellent service from the Supervisor on duty, Enith. I hope they can keep and recruit more people like her who not only responds in a pleasant manner but also listened. Like any other frustrated customer I called in angry but my mood/attitude quickly changed once i started to conversate with her. I want to wish her well today and for the future. Thank you
