Playlisy records then disappears after loadshedding

Good day please help., We had load shedding and when we reset the decoder..all of our playlist was gone, space is now empty.called DStv regrettably i understood that I was not able to get back playlist..so I taped some programmes they were recording , but the next day , looked under playlist and all that I taped night before was gone..playlist now says 0 percent..nothing taped please help..I can't afford to budget for another day Explora decoder..due to Eskom..please help..long term customer of DStv ( even though I have been recently retrenched)
