****poor service

Non existent customer service !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! since DSTV finally has a decent challenger you have lost thousands of clients and will continue to do so , 1 after the other , its exactly like a vote in a official competition except that this has a huge impact on your financial strength and stability . I have had it with your poor service , i called twice today , i called to DBN and then JHB both times i spent more than 10min on the line , i asked to speak directly to a manager and told both agents i do not want to speak to a supervisor and funny enough neither cities had a manager i could speak to . First time in DBN was about 12 (noon) 2nd time i called JHB about 14:14 today . so its like it was the same time . I have since cancelled my subscription to take effect month end because i could not even talk to a manager as a supervisor could not help me anyway . Poor service . DSTV will lose more and more clients and moving over to rival companies like netflix and the like or just streaming .

sincerely a ****ed off soon to be x client .

Good day Rupert Ryno ( apparently a manager ) contacted me and gave me a somewhat of a unsatisfactory answer to my question . Why should i pay a full amount when Multichoice offers x clients a reduced price on their subscriptions ? I understand you want to get your clients back but Multichoice is going about this completely the wrong especially since you have lost so many clients already , and yes i read the news and know what goes on around me . As i mentioned in my initial post , i have cancelled my subscription and will not change it unless im offered a reduced subscription , same as what you have offered the other x clients .
