Hi

I had a refund to be paid to me. I told 3 different consultants that my refund must be paid to my FNB account and not standard bank because i no longer have access or its no longer in use.

When i called this morning they telling me the money was paid to Standard bank meaning i do not have those funds now and will not have access since account is no longer in usw. am so irritated because i gave clear instructions to be paid on FNB, i want my money back ID 620 ********** 089
