****piest service you get on thier agents. I went to a N1 City Customer centre with my broken Decoder. Only to be **** to by Akhona, the agent. Selling me a 24 months contract, lying to me that the Decoder will be delivered and installed the following day. It's a week now and still no Decoder and no installation done. When I follow up ask to to their superior, they put you on hold then hang up. I've been calling the numerous time only to find out they still can't fix my address on thier system. I am so helpless when it comes Dstv
