picture delay
<p>The message below is a copy and paste of what I have tried to .....</p> <p>1. Email DSTV</p> <p>2. Submit via the online form (which 'hangs', and fails)</p> <p>3. Join the DSTV Forum (which somehow my registration needs to moderated before I can open a new thread)</p> <p>4. The END</p> <p>.................................................</p> <p>Bought a new HD Decoder (4U) to replace me SD Decoder a few weeks ago. Since then, sporadically, across all channels, I experience picture delay (ie the audio is way ahead of the picture). This morning while watching BBC News I timed the delay to be an incredible 27 seconds - ridiculous and very annoying. Never experienced this with the SD Decoder, and as I live in a complex/development with communal satellite access, I can only assume it to be a faulty decoder. Can you please advise. Thank you. ***X.</p>

Reference is made to our telephonic conversation in regards to your technical query, We advised that you take your decoder in for testing or exchange for a new one as the decoder is still under the 30 day warranty period.
Please advise us by return mail should your experience any difficulty, and we will assist you accordingly.
