Phindile Ncube managed to ruin my weekend .So I was not with DSTV for 2yrs and decided in March 2023 that I wanna activate my services .I called out a guy to install for me and insisted that I call so that he can continue and will be sure that my services are active .When I called they said I must pay 228 of which I paid and again on the 30/03 I paid 240 .The system clearly shows that and Phindile could not pick it up on the system as she kept fighting with my husband and insisting that she will escalate the issue .My husband told her escalating means nothing to him as he has spoken to 2 supervisors and 2 agents already that also promised to escalate and nothing is been done only our services to be suspended every 3 days and we are being charged for something that is not our fault instead and Phindile said the 4 agents including the supervisors clearly dont know what they are doing and she is the one who is clever enough and will not reinstate my services .We called 15min later and the guy we spoke to could confirm the mistake was DSTV's and promised to call us back and reinstate us in 2hrs but that was never done and it's 18:53 without services .Such incompetence .And the outstanding is from the 50 rands that they charge everytime they have to reconnect me and it is their mistake that they need to fix on their side but now my account shows outstanding and I dont owe them anything .Please sort out my account you *********** fools. Anthony Mathabatha Mojapelo is my husband's name and the account is in his name .If you dont sort out my account I will be lodging a complaint with Ombudsman and you will have to refund me for all the times that I have called for your own mistake to be fixed and you will be giving me months of free service .SOMEONE MUST DO THEIR JOBS THIS TIME. We are paying and expect proper service
