Phetetic service Multichoice
I have been trying to get help from Multichoice for over 4 days now, with no luck. Their contact number is not going through and online service is phetetic as well as their Whatsapp online. I have provided my details to them but no one bothers to call, on their online platform I have sent my complained only for their agent's to respond 5 hours later. God forbid you miss their interaction even for a minute they quick to close your call without even ettempting to call you. I have been left stranded paying for a service I cannot use.And yes I am aware of the current crisis, but surely for such a big company there should be a contingency plan put in place like any other big company. Your service sucks, I actually want to cancel my subscription based on how I have been treated with this behavior from you guys.
When you guys feel like it you can contact me when the mood strikes and it is convienient for you.
