Phatectic customer service

I'm fed up with customer service given at this circus dstv there are *********** unprofessional fools working there nobody ever knows what's going on. .. I called Saturday the 18th May at 17:30 exactly because I had hired a movie on box office at 17:00 and received a sms that it was successfully hired the movie will be available in 15 min but 30min later the movie still wasn't available so I called and spoke to Tyrese governder who then said there is a technical problem with box office it should be sorted in the next 30 to 45min I was already upset that I had to call AND DSTV STUPID F&CKIBG PROMPTS TAJES YOUR WHOLE AIRTIME BEFORE YOU COULD GET TO AN AGENT SECOND TIME I CALLED WAS AT 8PM I SPOKE TO TOKHOZIZI he didn't know wat is Goin on it was as if I'm speaking to a drunk I kept askin for a supervisor I was on the line 30min with that idiot as it was 3hrs later and I still couldn't watch the movie ???? the manager took so long her name was londiwe eventually got to the phone and my airtime was up so imagine she didn't call me back I had to call back again look at this pathetic service and that is why I'm so ****ed this us the service you get weekends they should have people on duty that wants to service their clients I am furious I will go on all social media as up to now I still didn't receive a call back from that supervisor
