Pethic DSTV MULTICHIOCE

I am sick and tired of the abuse we receive from something we pay for. I have made numerous calls to these so called employees of dstv as they taking out services for this and that,when ask the consultant on the phone ."I DONT KNOW WE WILL DEBT YOUR ACCOUNT WETHER U LIKE IT OR NOT" when I asked to speak to a supervisor/ manager guess what you get the same answer everytime" sorry they are in a meeting,or not available"

I used to do Dstv installation with the PETHIC service from there call centre agents 60% of my clients are going internet base.

Please can management call me.

As I am not standing for all these extra charges on my account,I have taken a price lock but clearly you guys false advertise cause that is not what I signed up for.
