Pethetic service rendered
After holding for 35 minutes the Price lock Consultant hanged up the phone after she went to confirm something with her supervisor and did not get back to me. I spoke to 5 consultants querying why I always get disconnected/ suspended, Others tell me I owe money yet I pay every month. I am being taken from pillar to post. No one will call you back as they are very quick to hang the phone.

I was told that the matter has been escalated and someone from the accounts department will give me a call. Why must I cancel the insurance as it's a hassle for you to acknowledge any manufactures fault occured.
