Pethatic service all round

I am soooooo furious with the bad and appalling service I have received from DStv. I made a payment on the 4th of August and used the correct reference but the system somehow didn't pick it up.. I have called me than 4 times & the consultants say unable to attach them payment and will send them to another department. I have also been refused to speak to a manager. Your guys service is pethatic. I'm very frustrated.
