Personal Security is no longer valid

I have a subscription with Multichoice on MY name with no details of a spouse or any other person to for any sort of power of attorney or power to make any changes to my billing YET a family member who knows my ID number, Address and cell number goes to the Multichoice office and activates an additional service on my name and it it done. The person confirms that they are not ME and gives \HER\" details but this is still done. When talking to the call center, the first agent confirms, \"This is how they do business\" if someone has my details, they can do anything on my account.... The Team Leader says that she is not at liberty to answer my questions. Although the service was for my house hold, this increase was NOT confirmed by me and the person does not even live in my house. Now the Manager wants the recording from the store before he hands the person over to the legal team, REALLY! The person walked into the store and did not pretend to be me, they advised that they are not ME BUT Multichoice went ahead with the activation without confirming with me as the client. Now that Multichoice has my ID, Address and Cell number, i am not safe..."
