Personal Information Protection
I am truly annoyed by the fact that DSTV gave our information to a marketing call centre to do a survey on my household. The fact that the person was insistent on how many ppl live at this residence, my racial status, ages and gender and who is at home during the day. I want to know who gave consent in writing to have a strange contact my home and demand such personal information. Then the person calls at least 3 or 4 times a day. DSTV /Multichoice since when is it okay to hand over your client database to a marketing company?
