Good afternoon, after the special for installation for a new package, it is agree and installed. Yester the 27th I received the link for the voucher of takelot. The voucher can be open but is not email to see the voucher number or sms. After back and forward with *********** call centre again....that do not even know how a id number is working or details and not doing a lot to help. I'm not able to get the voucher.

You can receive 20 calls for insurance and....to pay extra. When you want to claim then nothing is available and no one can help. Really???
