Pensioner disgust with Multichoice

I have been in touch with Multichoice on numerous occasions to discuss special Pensioners packages. Because of being an avid sports supporter I've been forced to subscribe to Premier package. I've managed to do so for decades even though taking strain financially.

With the Lockdown there is no sport and yet no relieve for missing sport programmes. I've written to downgrade but get told that it would cost R180. In my reply I must admit I vented a bit but asked what it would cost to upgrade later. Still waiting for a reply and now I have missed the moth end window and my account was debited with the full Premier amount.

I have found, since Covid-19, that big Conglomerations have no interest in being accommodating and understanding that people don't have earning possibility. I was Shuttling passengers to and from airport. Now my only income is SASSA pension
