Pensioner complain

I'm very disappointed with the service that I received from dstv as a pensioner my old DStv is not working so I've decided to buy a new one when I try to move my old profile to new I was told that I must go to MultiChoice office. Now I'm paying for something that I'm not even using I'm 70 years old I can't walk but the company that I've worked for is expecting me to walk to Randburg to resolve this. I was told that Lindiwe must send a email to DStv Lindiwe is also a pensioner and I don't have Lindiwes number . Can someone please assist me on this to move my old profile to new decoder as I can come to MultiChoice and my DStv is not working now.
