Penalized for no reason at all, but for staff that are ***********.

I am infuriated by the incompetence of the staff at DSTV. I was penalized and account debited twice as a result of pure incompetence and negligence from the staff at DSTV. The 2nd staff who assisted me could have averted this, but failed to do the job they get paid for which is to listen and make necessary amendments to cancel out the initial blunders. I have never experienced such horrible service in my entire life.

Please reverse my funds that were debited to 25/04/2022 immediately
