My payment showed due 5th of August i got screenshots from your operators confirming the payment is 5th of august now i get home my dstv is disconnected and expected to pay my dstv now....how in the hell is it my problem that your operators and app told me 5th of august.im talking to someone on your live chat with no help at all...it still showed this morning payment due 5th august this morning now u expect me to pay activation fees for what for problems on your side ***

31 Jul 2021, 18:30Now Siyabonga trying to say cause i ddnt get a reminder i ddnt pay not understanding from the start of this month i did and inquiries and checked the app all was confirmed payment 5th of august so watte hell who is at fault here
