Payment Reversals

Hi,<br> <br> I have tried phoning twice and tried emailing unallocated escalations but nothing seems to be working.<br> <br> My DSTV account shows in arrears of R1840,07 however on the 30th of September 2015 I made a payment of R716.00 which took my account to a R0.00 balance on the self service website.<br> <br> My frustration lies in the fact that their seems to have been a reversal of a payment made to DSTV on the 14th August 2015 which I have no idea why it was reversed. It has not been refunded to me, and nobody can tell me where the money went, except that it possibly could be a systems error.<br> <br> Please assist me in correcting my outstanding balance so that I can pay the correct amount this month.<br>
