Payment reversal of 5 months ago, really?

I'm querying an issue that can't be resolved to my satisfaction by your call center team including your supervisors at the call center. <br> <br> A brief history is that i paid R1150 on the 24th of September for our DStv account, October statement came and amount due was in the negative, I called DStv and was informed that the amount reflecting was as it was and I need not pay as the account is paid in advance. November statement came and I paid the amount due, same happened for December, January and February of which the due amounts on the statement were paid in full. Around the 5th of February our DSTV was suspended, I called the call center and was told this was because there was a duplication of payment in September 2015? How on earth does that happen and why is the customer not called and informed before the account is suspended? This is your system error and I called to enquire about this and was told all is fine now 5 months later we are suffering the consequences of your incompetence and system flaws? <br> <br> Please look into this and fix this issue as it is unfair as a subscriber who has been paying as per your statements to later be informed that I owe due to a system error!
