Payment recieved but still not reconnected.

I paid Dstv premium via EFT,I than called them the following day.The consultant confirmed that he see my paid and told me that my service will be reinstated. My service is still not on.

I even bought the new Ultra Explora but the consultant could not assist me with setri g it up.

Netflix , and other platforms are more convenient the Dstv. MULTICHOICE is compromised.
