Payment plan
I have a payment plan and I had a financial issue and I tried to catch up with my payments but for some reason my dda did not go through. I tried and tried to get hold of the relevant department to no avail because they do not take calls and would call back. I am yet to receive that call after numerous calls and email and this is more than a month later with no connection.
