payment not being allocated.

I'm having a problem with the dstv I paid them R549 on the 24th February 2023 on the 1st of march I was told that I owe them access fee of R50 I did pay the amount after three days my decoder was deactivated, when I consulted dtsv I was told that the amount was not allocated it has not been fixed until today my decoder will play for three days after it will be deactivated, dstv agents are telling me different stories because now I'm only getting SMS that I'm owing more money than the one I usually pay monthly
