Payment not allocated

On the 4th of June I wrote a complaint about my services being disconnected despite my payment.A few days latter it was resolved here on this platform. Now on the 12th of this month I received the same message saying that I didn't pay my Dstv and my services are once again disconnected.I tried on several occasions to send an email to them but nothing is helping.I was told that my payment was successfully tracked and allocated accordingly but now Iam disconnected again.My account number is ***3.
