Payment missing on my Dstv account

On the 3rd of April 2025 I made a double payment to Dstv using the Capitec pay on my Statement it shows that it was a double payment and Dstv says they only received one payment so now I have to pay for this moth where I thought I was in advance Dstv agents are very rude and nobody wants to assist me while you are with your complain they still sell you additional products where the current one hasn’t been resolved . Can someone please take accountability and check what happen to my money and the sad part I have the Bank statement and the proof of payments
