Payment made yet services disconnected

Yet another multichoice complaint. Refer to my previous report, I app**** for the DPP payment plan for the Explora, after 2 months of waiting I purchased it cash. Services were connected and I paid the months subscription at Pick n Pay so I could have physical proof of payment. Now 2 accounts appear under my profile, one with a payment plan (where the Pick n pay payment was credited to) which has a credit of roughly R308, and another account number which is in arrears for roughly R129. Now my services have been disconnected again! I called the call centre and asked them to transfer the balance of the credit from the one account to the other, I was told this was sorted out and the re-connection fee would be reversed. 2 days later, surprise surprise, this has not been done and my services have been disconnected. I am very disgruntled, as a loyal and paying customer I would expect Multichoice to deliver on its promises and provide the services I've paid for. I should have to keep phoning in and complaining.
