Payment Made, Still No Service

My DStv Streaming account is a mess. I made a payment on 16 July for the amount shown on the DStv web portal (R454.80), but my service was not reconnected. When I checked my account balance, it stated that I need to pay R1104.00 by 27 July 2025.

I then requested a statement for my account, but the app responded with, "Oh snap! I couldn't find this statement." I also requested a call back this morning, as I did on Saturday, but I’m still waiting.
