Payment made no DSTV
Multichoice does it again, so I decided to sign up for the compact stream package (R299) via the multichoice website. All went well payment was made, went off my account and for a brief moment I was able to see channels and account number, then when I tried to play something it said I need to download the app, to which I did and in an instant everything disappeared I then called in the lady I spoke to signed in on her side and told me I need to go on live chat, even they couldn’t help me either…..so where did my money go?? How do I retieve that account I just created? The amount went off my account no no DStV account to show for it
