Payment made but dstv account indicates that I owe them
I wrote a review about Dstv last month when they debited R1800 from my account. Benedict called me and sorted the matter out and my payment went back to the original amount of R926.00 that I knew of. Yesterday they debit the correct amount from my bank account but when I check my Dstv account online, it now say I still owe them R269.00!!! And that my account is in arrears. What is going on with Dstv? Honestly now?
