Payment for no service delivery

Dstv is so quick to cut your services when u even R12 short. Let me tell you these people owe me R780since August of 2017 ive made numerous phone calls and sent emails to their account department while being overseas. Still up till today they cannot locate the payment after ive sent them proof now im going to put a claim in for the calls ive made to them aswell. Seriously DSTV MULTICHOICE your finance department really thought i was going to let this slide. I spoke to Queen and Nkosana now tell me they dont work there.
