Payment error made of 2,900 to be reversed back to me

1 December I made 2 payments in error. 1st one 2,900 then 29,00 the monthly payment. To my surprise the 2,900 is not showing on records as per agents in a call center. I would like the 2,900 to be reversed back to me. . Thank you.
