Payment Error

17 November I mistakenly made a payment of R8000 while I was trying to pay R800. I contacted Multichoice 3 times to request a recall of this.<br> 1st agent said it would take a turnaround time of 40 days to recall the funds.<br> 2nd agent told me they do not recall EFT funds.<br> 3rd agent said only the bank can do a recall on my behalf.<br> <br> So then I contacted my bank and after waiting a few weeks, I receive feedback that Multichoice declined the bank's attempt to recall my funds.<br> <br> Will I ever receive my money back?
