Payment discards

I write to complain on the service provided by Dstv. I had recently paid on my husband's behalf (Mr LJ Modieginyana) using my cellphone banking on the 25th of July for the month of August. Two days ago I was suspended from using the services I paid for. I tried reaching out to their call centre and sent relavant information regarding my payment(proof of payment) to their email address on proof of payments however to my dismay, as I am writing to hello Peter I am still suspended from the services.I express my disappointment as I regard myself as a loyal costumer for more than 10 years. With that being said I am currently being charged with the reconnection fee of R50, in which if my memory serves me right I paid before my cut of date which is the 4th of August.
