Payment denied even proof showed out

Paid my DSTV account in full but yet they discontinued it even call but no help the agent I spoke with on a chat box Naledi also told me I paid half f the payment I sent her proof of payment denied it and told me to send pdf proof , told her I just did now but still didn't get help so in short DStv multichose eat people's money and show no remorse at all . I paid on time on the 03/08/2023 R161.29and paid and extra money R63.54 now I'm told I must pay R143.54 again
