Payment arrangement not honoured by DSTV

I am utterly disgusted with the service i am getting with dstv. I made a payment arrangement with a call centre agent and made the payment and now i am experiencing issues on where other agents are saying they cannot reconnect my services because they are not allowed to make payment arrangements. All i want is my services to be reconnected as discussed last week with the agent. The arrangements were made and i DO NOT want to hear any excuses. I honoured my end of the deal of making the payment and now dstv has too as well. If the call centre agents are not allowed to make payment arrangements then that is not my damn problem. I did what i agreed upon and thats final. A payment was made and i want my services reconnected today without any issues or excuses.
