payment arrangement

<p>there was debit order issues from dstv,no one inform me after nearly 3 months they let me know there's an outstanding amount to be settled wright away ,or they gonna suspent my siganal, i make a direct payment to account and make arrangement for outstanding amount .two(2) weeks later ITC phone me to know when i gonna make payment to dstv . where the hell is the communication,i gave up</p>
