PAYMENT ALLOCATION STILL NOT SORTED AFTER 2 WEEKS
Again, comes to no surprise that my account is still not sorted! This is my 3rd Hellopeter complaint, where Multichoice responded to my previous 2 exact complaint with NO ACTION!!!! I've e-mail bank statements, which they say is not sufficient proof, i've given the transaction reference number of *** which is on my statement, and still the *********** people can't put two and two together..... What now I ask? I'm battling 2 weeks with this issue and all empty promises and nobody returns any calls, only feedback is when I call.

This is a disgrace and I will post this on my social media - NO SERVICE after STEELING MY MONEY!

This is your last chance MULTI-***********!!!

Sort my issue out!
