Payment allocation ***6

Very poor service. If any one knows who offer same service as multichoice please assist I want to close this account.

I have never had a bad service as this, I've been on calls for about 6 times 30 minutes each and still no assistance. Just sending proof of payment and they allocate funds.

Every time service is suspended I have to pay R50 reconnection fee. Maybe that's how they make money. Not forgetting all the airtime I have used for far.
