Payment allocation
<p>I've had enough with this sh*t from Dstv(multichoice) on 01/12/2016 I made a payment of R828 on my dstv account and multi choice told me that they can't see my payment I've sent the prove of payment to them numerous times since I've been calling every week from December2016 cause they keep on suspending my services so every time I call they busy telling me that they sending my prove of payment to their finace department till now the matter is not fixed and it's ****en ****ing me off cause I'm the one who is being unconvinced and I've been nothing but a loyal customer to them</p>

Kindly contact Pep store at Vereeniging with the proof of payment for a refund or to redo the payment. We did not receive the payment as it was reversed.

This must be some kind of joke cause now I'm the one whose getting the run around you guys have the relationship between Pep so people can pay via them if you can't get your money from them which went through as the prove of payment says you must be contacting them and if it was reversed it was suppose to have went back to my bank account as I payed with my bank card I'm starting to wonder if this is your way of robing off your own customers cause the money went through and the prove of payment says so vividly as well as my bank statement so if this is your way of robing me trust me I'm gonna fight this to my end if it means opening a case cause this is some sh*t going on my money went through and I'm paying you in time every month this is the bullsh*t treatment I get to live with my services suspended whereby I've payed you wow trust me this is just the beginning cause I'm the only one being inconvenienced here my money is going for free hell no
