I was talking to consultant telephonically,she asked me to hold on to check something,I hold for twenty minutes she never return and I call again the lady said she's escalating my call

26 Aug 2022, 22:50Thanks so much, actually my complain to DStv is, two months back I downgrade to easyview hoping to pay R63 to my surprise I found that my account is more than I expected, when I call DStv they said I gone contract that I don't know,for haven sake I paid the amount they asked which was R238 and they've said this month I will pay the price of easyview,to my surprise they say I must pay R529😳
