Paying wrong amount

I took your Explora deal last year just before your price in crease, the deal was for R799.00 pm for 24 months. but ever since I took this deal with your DPP department I am paying R849.00 pm, I have been complaining regarding this ever since, Tuesday a lady phoned me after many calls made to Organization, only to be told that they can't change it to R799.00 seeing that I only complain now about this problem, But I am sorry go back and check you computers, and you will see I have been complaining about this for almost a year now.
