Paying way above monthly premium

Multichoice truly needs to fire someone, Firstly, I have never subscribed for showmax. I only subscribed for Family plan with a monthly premium of R280 per month. Since subscribtion I only paid R280 once. every time the the imstalment is always above the subscribtion fee. In March this year, I decided I was not going to pay, I was fed up with their services. I decided to give them a call . After holding I dont Know for how long, I was told that I subscribed for showmax which I never did. They told me they cancelled the showmax. New month is about to start, the premium is up again. I need to pay R400. They are useless. We need a competitor so that they can listen. So far their service is poor. I want every cent I paid for the stupid showmax I never subscribed to.
